I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how amazing the sales are at ASOS, but in case you haven’t checked in for a while, here’s a little reminder: this Vero Moda dress – black, silk, with a cowl neck and asymmetrical draped skirt – came in at $33.91. Worn here with the much imitated Alexander Wang Liya heels (I was at an event the other night and spotted at least three “inspired by” pairs) that I’ve owned since June but haven’t gotten around to blogging until now.

The heel height on the Liyas is perfect – it’s a little taller than a kitten heel but still very easy to walk in. The only downside is that the ankle straps tend to unstick themselves when I flex my ankles…which is every time I walk down stairs.
