Going from the top: my new Natalia Brilli leather-covered Nolex watch, the regular Sunday set-up with my laptop, taking the skull obsession to new heights with double the Karen Walker, and my Audrey Kawasaki-inspired tattoo in full bloom.
Some things are just meant to be: mere moments after discovering Amsterdam-based accessory label Vlieger & Vandam, this clutch found its way into my shopping bag and a few clicks later it was winging its way from Europe to Australia.
Granted, I already own a black leather clutch, but not one that comes with the suggestion that I’m armed and dangerous.
What can I say? It was on sale and it’s just so me.
I recently picked up this horse hair necklace by Black Sheep & Prodigal Sons from Occulter, an online wunderkammer stocking all manner of dark and uncommon goods.
When wearing all black, different textures become incredibly important – and horse hair adds an interesting element to monochromatic ensemble.
